摘　　要：任脉腧穴在治疗原发性痛经应用广泛,尤其是下腹部的腧穴更加明显。通过对经络腧穴的学习及临床治疗原发性痛经经验的总结,试从理论探讨、穴位列举及临床应用3个方面对任脉腧穴在治疗原发性痛经的重要作用进行探讨。Acupoints of Ren channel is widely used in treating primary dysmenorrhea, especially for acupoints in lower abdomen. By learning meridians and acupoints and summing up clinical experiences of treating primary dysmenorrhea, the writer discussed the importance of treating primary dysmenorrhea from three aspects： theoretic discussion, acupoints examples, clinical application.
