摘　　要：对肺炎肺热腑实证的病机、肺病同治的理论基础、肺热腑实证治疗原则进行简要探讨,也为临床治疗肺炎提供了新思路。The article discussed the pathogenesis of lung heat organ sthenia syndrome in pneumonia, the theory foundation of regulating lung and large intestine simultaneously, treatment principle of lung heat organ sthenia syndrome, and provided new thinking on treating pnenmonia in clinic.
