摘　　要：[目的]了解血吸虫病流行区学校中小学生的血防知识,为指导血防健康教育工作提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查方法,对随机抽取的血吸虫病流行区A、B两市661名学生进行调查。[结果]A市学生血防知识总得分高于B市;A、B两市中学生血防知识得分高于小学生;A市学生血防健康知识主要来源于医生,B市主要来源于老师;学生喜欢的血防宣传方式有"血防课"、"血防课外活动"、"电视"与"电影"。[结论]A、B两市中小学都开展了血防知识的健康教育,得分较理想;在学生血防健康教育中,医生讲授血防课比老师效果更好;血防健康教育除血防课外,还应采用声像,课外活动等方式,进行全方位、多角度的血防知识宣传。[Objective]To understand the effects of schistosomiasis control of health education in school in schistosomiasis areas,and provide references for work for the future schistosomiasis prevention in health education.[Methods]With the designed questionnaire,661 students in primary and secondary schools in A and B city in schistosomiasis areas were selected randomly to be surveyed.[Results]There was a significant difference in the average score of schistosomiasis prevention knowledge of the students in A city and B city.Compared with the students in the primary school,the average score of schistosomiasis prevention knowledge of students in the secondary school was higher.Schistosomiasis knowledge of students in A City mainly came from the doctors,but that of students in B City mainly come from the teachers.In addition to schistosomiasis class,students preferred the way of schistosomiasis health education also included the＂extra-curricular activities＂,＂TV＂and＂movie＂.[Conclusion]The effect of schistosomiasis class taught by doctor is better than which taught by teacher.In students’ health education about schistosomiasis prevention,the schistosomiasis class should be the main way,supplemented with audio-visual,extra-curricular activities,etc.
