河北省唐山地区矿工高血压病患病情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解河北唐山地区矿工高血压病的流行现况,为高血压病的防治和干预提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法对唐山某矿4001名矿工进行调查,由培训过的医师对调查对象进行血压测量和资料的收集。[结果]河北唐山矿工高血压病患病率为25.04%。随年龄的增长,3级高血压病所占比例呈增高趋势。矿工高血压病患者知晓率14.26%。[结论]河北省唐山地区矿工高血压病患病率高,知晓率低,应注意加强高血压病防治知识宣传及采取全面的高血压病预防控制措施,提高矿工对高血压病危险因素和相关知识的认识度。[Objective]To assess the current epidemic characterization of hypertension among miners in Tangshan of Hebei Province and to provide scientific bases for preventing and intervening hypertension.[Methods]Conducted cluster multistage and random sampling to investigate 4 001 people in one mine of Tangshan area.The blood pressure measurement and correlative risk factors were investigated by trained doctors.[Results]The prevalence rate of hypertension of miners in Tangshan of Hebei Province was 25.04%.With the age increasing,the ratio of three hypertension was obviously up.14.26% of hypertension miners knew the condition of their blood pressure.[Conclusion]The result indicates that hypertension is highly prevalent among miners in Tangshan of Hebei Province and the percentages of hypertension miners who are aware of their own condition are unacceptably low.We should take comprehensive control measures and improve the awareness of hypertension at the same time to prevent hypertension among miners in Tangshan of Hebei Province
