摘　　要：[目的]探讨疾控部门进社区工作模式的建立及其提高社区公共卫生服务能力的效果。[方法]建立疾控进社区路径,制订各级疾控对社区卫生服务机构健教、传染病管理、计划免疫、慢病管理等工作技术规范及相关专业培训、业务指导、监督与考核工作制度,落实培训、督导工作计划,参与政府对社区工作绩效考核与反馈;实施社区公共卫生服务组织机构建设。[结果]搭建了多部门参与、协作管理的疾控进社区工作路径;制订了项目区域各级疾控进社区工作技术规范与工作制度;协助社区搭建公共卫生服务工作框架,提高社区公卫服务综合能力;提高了社区卫生服务机构的社会效益和经济效益;提升了社区、政府对疾控进社区工作的满意度。[结论]建立科学、有效、适宜、可行的疾控进社区工作机制,是履行其职责,发挥疾控技术指导作用的先导;疾控进社区可有效提高社区公共卫生服务综合能力,并具有良好的社区效益与经济效益。[Objective]To investigate the modes that disease control department into community work and to evaluate effect of raising community public health service’s ability.[Methods]Established the path of the disease control department into the community;drew up the technical specification and the working system in the health education,infections control,planned immunity,chronic management and relevant professional training,and guidance,supervision and examination;put in practice of organizations construction of community public health service.[Results]The work path was set up by the many departments’ participation and cooperation in the disease control department into community;the technical specification and the working system were map out of all levels disease control to guidance community in the project area;the technical specification and public health service framework of the community work was set up;the comprehensive ability of community health service was enhanced;the social and economic benefit in the community public health service was increased;the satisfaction of community and government on disease control work into the community was promoted.[Conclusion]It is key that to perform disease control body duties and exert the techniques guiding role,the first thing is that establishing scientific,effective,appropriate and practicable work mechanism of the disease control into community;disease control department into the community can effectively improve the comprehensive ability to public health service of community,and obtain better social and economic benefit.
