摘  要:[目的]调查艾滋病医护人员的应对方式,帮助他们有效使用积极应对方式。[方法]采用简易应对方式问卷对342名河南省县、乡、村三级艾滋病定点医疗机构的艾滋病医护人员进行测试,采用SPSS11.5对测试数据进行统计分析。[结果](1)高级职称艾滋病医护人员的积极应对显著多于初级职称人员。有子女者的积极应对方式多于无子女人员。男性、40岁以上和高收入艾滋病医护人员的消极应对方式分别多于女性、30岁以下和低收入人员。(2)一般医护人员的积极应对方式显著多于艾滋病医护人员,消极应对方式显著少于艾滋病医护人员。[结论]职称、性别、年龄和收入影响艾滋病医护人员的应对方式。应改善年轻、低职称和低收入艾滋病医护人员的应对方式,维护他们的身心健康。[Objective]To explore the coping style among doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS and to help them take more positive coping style.[Methods]Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire was used in 342 doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS in countryside.[Results](1)Doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS who with senior title took more positive coping styles than their workmates with primary-grade professional title;Those having children had more positive coping styles than their colleagues having no children.Doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS who with higher monthly income had more negative coping styles than their colleagues with lower monthly income;Those above the age of 40 had more negative coping styles than their colleagues under 30 years old;Male doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS had more negative coping styles than their female colleagues.(2)Doctors and nurses working on general illness had more positive coping styles than doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS,at the same time,they had less negative coping styles.[Conclusion]The title of a technical post,sex,age and income influence the coping styles of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS.More attention should be paid to improve coping styles of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS,especially change the negative coping style of doctors and nurses working on HIV/AIDS who are young,having lower title and lower salary in order to improve the physical and mental health of them.
