成都市不同职业流动人口健康高危行为及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解不同职业流动人口健康高危行为状况及其影响因素。[方法]采取随机抽样方法,调查1004名18～40岁的流动人口。根据流动人口所从事职业特点,将其归纳为服务业、建筑业、高危业、其他职业等4类。[结果]流动人口职业特点存在显著的性别、年龄差异。在高危行为上,建筑业流动人口吸烟(34.2%)、饮酒(30.5%)、使用毒品行为(13.4%)最多,高危业流动人口不安全性行为(62.7%)最多,高于其他职业。不同职业流动人口健康高危行为有不同的影响因素,建筑业流动人口吸烟、饮酒、使用毒品的影响因素是性别,高危业流动人口不安全性行为的影响因素是工作时间,服务业流动人口毒品使用行为的影响因素是生活满意度。[结论]不同职业流动人口健康高危行为的影响因素存在差异,应根据不同职业流动人口的特点和影响因素开展有针对性的健康行为干预,提高流动人口健康意识。[Objective]To investigate the risk health behavior of migrant population with different careers in Chengdu and its influence factors.[Methods]A sample of 1 004 18-40 years old migrants in Chengdu was investigated through random sampling.Four careers（i.e,construction,domestic service,high risk career and other career）were categorized according the different careers that migrants employed.[Results]Significant gender and age were found in migrants with different careers.Construction works reported the higher level of tobacco use（34.2%）,alcohol use（30.5%）and drug use（13.4%）than those other occupations.Moreover,migrants working in high-risk careers reported higher level of unsafe sexual behaviors（62.7%）than those with other three occupations.There were different influencing factors among migrants with different careers.Gender was the influencing factor of tobacco use,alcohol use and drug use in construction works,and the level of life satisfaction was the influencing factor of drug use in domestic service works.Working time significantly influenced the unsafe sexual behaviors of high risk career works.[Conclusion]Effective interventions on health behavior should be designed and implemented according to different professional characteristics of migrants and different influencing factors.
