白芍总苷胶囊治疗未分化关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察白芍总苷胶囊对未分化关节炎患者的临床疗效,探讨白芍总苷治疗未分化关节炎的免疫机制。[方法]入选100例未分化关节炎患者,按奇偶数随机分为两组,对照组口服甲氨蝶呤10mg,1次/周;治疗组口服白芍总苷胶囊600mg,3次/d。治疗24周后观察两组患者的临床病情活动性指标及不良反应情况。[结果]到第24周时,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为94%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.277,P=0.735);治疗组患者的临床病情活动性指标的改善率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。但治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=34.462,P=0.000)。[结论]白芍总苷胶囊治疗未分化关节炎的疗效与甲氨蝶呤相等,但副作用较少,值得临床推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical effects of total glucosides of paeony treating undifferentiated arthritis and to offer theoretical evidence of total glucosides of paeony on undifferentiated arthritis（UA）.[Methods]One hundred patients were averagely divided into two groups,the control group was treated with methotrexate（MTX）10mg p.o.q.w.,the treatment group was treated with total glucosides of paeony 600mg p.o.tid.Twenty-four weeks after the treatment,the clinical symptoms,objective signs,laboratory data and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the treated group was 90%,and that of control group was 94%,there was no significant difference between the two groups（χ2 = 1.277,P = 0.735）.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had no significant improvement on clinical symptoms,objective signs and laboratory data（P﹥0.05）.There was significant difference on adverse reactions between the two groups（χ2 = 34.462,P = 0.000）.[Conclusion]Total glucosides of paeony can obviously control clinical symptoms and objective signs of UA patients and has few adverse reactions,which is worth for clinical generalization.
