摘  要:目的:探讨二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对老年痴呆模型SAMP8鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:6月龄SAMP8鼠50只,随机均分为SAMP8空白组,阳性药石杉碱甲对照组,高、中、低TSG组;6月龄SAMR1鼠10只为正常对照组。各组分别灌胃相应药物45d后,采用Morris水迷宫方法,以逃避潜伏期、原平台象限停留时间等指标观察其行为学改变。结果:SAMR1组和TSG组在试验中逃避潜伏期明显短于SAMP8空白组(P<0.05)。平台象限的停留时间和穿越原平台次数在探索试验中明显多于SAMP8空白组(P<0.05)。可视平台试验结果各组无差异。结论:TSG能提高SAMP8鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective: To observe the effects of on learning and memory accelerated SAMP8 mouse. Methods: Fifty SAMP8 at the age of 6th month were randomized into 5 groups: SAMP8 untreated control group, huperzine A control group, low-, mid and highdose groups of TSG, with 10 mice in each group. Another ten 6th month old SAMR1 mice were assigned to normal control group. After medication for forty-five days, Morris water maze test was used to assess the learning and memory abilities in each group. Results: SAMR1 group escape latency is shorter than SAMP8 group significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) , it shows that SAMP8 group show obvious learning memory disorders. TSG treated groups significantly increased the time and times of swim in original platform quadrant in spatial probe test (P 〈 0.05 ), and significantly shortened the escape latency in reverse platform quadrant test than SAMP8 group. There was no significant difference among each group in visual platform Test. Conclusion: TSG could improve the learning and memory abilities in SAMP8 mice.
