摘　　要：为了解决嵌入式车牌识别所带来的低时效问题,提出了一种快速有效的数字预识别方法。首先对图像进行采集并预处理,根据所生成的二值化序列在已经预识别的数据库中读取识别结果。该数据库遍历了所有图像并存储了每幅图像对应的识别结果。对比传统方法,该识别技术具有更高的时效性。Aiming at solving the problem of time-consuming,laborious,low-efficiency to the embedded license plate recognition,the paper introduced a rapid and effective identification method of digital pre-recognition.Firstly,get the image and pretreated,read the identification results in the database which have been pre-recognized according to the two binary sequences.The database have traversed all of the images and stored every recognition result for each image.Compared with traditional methods,this recognition technique has higher time effectiveness.
