摘　　要：观测了有机电致发光薄膜器件的电流变化和相对应的发光变化特性 ,并作了定性分析 ,提出了类The character of varied current and relative character of varied luminescence which organic electroluminescent thin film devices owned were observed,and the result was analyzed.A novel model of organic electroluminescent thin film devices was proposed,and it was named analogous PN junction positive direction conducted luminescence.
