摘　　要：根据国内环境,在现有的JDZ系列雨量计基础上,设计一款融雪型雨雪量计。详细介绍该仪器的工作原理、技术指标、硬件和软件设计。此雨雪量计具有结构简单、可靠性高、安装调试简便、使用方便、无需人员干预和数据准确等特点,在黄河上游高寒地区水文站点投入使用,从使用结果分析得出其测量精度与融雪时间满足规范要求,在水文测报建设项目中发挥了重要作用,应大力推广使用。According to domestic conditions, a snow-melt rain and snow gauge is designed based on JDZ series rain gauge. The article introduces the instrument＇ s operating principle, specification, design of hardware and software in detail. It has the features of simple construction, high reliability, handy installation and debugging, convenience to be used, no staff intervention and accurate data etc. The instrument has been put into use in hydrologic station of up-stream regions along the Yellow River. By analyzing using results, it comes to a conclusion that measuring accuracy and snow-melting time meets the requirements. The rain and snow gauge plays an important role in hydrological telemetry construction projects of the cold area. It should be vigorously promoted to use.
