摘 要:针对牦牛绒纤维的特性,以减小纤维损伤、确保均匀成条为目的,提出了基于精梳毛纺系统生产高支精梳牦牛绒纯纺机织纱的工艺路线。充分发挥了毛型工艺路线长、混合充分、梳理柔和、条干均匀的特点,对相关工序部件尤其是梳毛机进行了改进研究,对各工序工艺参数设置方法和注意事项进行了描述,实现了高支精梳纯纺牦牛绒机织纱的正常生产。试验测试表明,成纱质量达到了纯纺精纺轻薄面料生产的要求。According to the characteristics of yak cashmere fiber, the article presents the processing route of worsted high-count pure yak-cashmere woven yarn, which is based on the worsted spinning system, to reduce the damage of the fiber and ensure the top uniform. The long process route can make the advantage of the fiber fully mixed and downy combed, and it can also make the yarn evenly. The equipment modification especially for the combing machine is researched, and the process parameters' setting methods are also described, which realize the normal production for the worsted high-count pure woven yarn. The test indicates that the quality of the final yarn meets the requirement of manufacturing the pure light-weight worsted fabric.
