摘  要:提出一种三层控制式国产电脑横机控制系统的改进方案,研究组成控制系统的伺服电动机控制方式的改进,总体采用ARM+DSP的控制系统,并用一套双交流伺服控制系统代替2个分立的交流伺服电动机(横机主轴伺服电动机和摇床伺服电动机),以空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法及磁场定向控制算法来实现。实验结果表明,改进系统不仅容易控制,启动速度快,超调较小,并且具有良好的静动态性能,控制精度高,抗扰动能力好,在提高了集成度的同时使整个控制系统同步性及稳定性进一步提高。This paper presents a improvement program of three-tier distributed domestically computerized flat knitting machine control system, to study the improvement of servo motor control method that makes up the control system. By adopting generally the control system of ARM + DSP and replacing two separate AC servo motors (machine spindle servo motor and shaker servo motor) with a dual AC servo control system, this control method realizes through space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm and field oriented control algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved system is not only easy to control, fast to startup, small in overshoot, but also good in static and dynamic performance, high in control precision and good in anti-disturbance capacity, which improves the integration as well as the synchronism and stability of the entire control system.
