耳挂式固定胃管方法在食管癌术后的应用

摘　　要：目的观察耳挂式固定胃管方法用于食管癌术后胃管固定效果。方法选择2009年1月～2011年12月厦门市第二医院胸心外科90例食管癌手术留置胃管患者,按不同胃管固定方法分为实验组(耳挂式固定)45例,对照组(常规固定)45例,对两组患者之间胃管脱出、皮肤刺激的发生情况进行统计和观察。结果实验组胃管脱落发生率、皮肤刺激发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。结论采用耳挂式固定胃管方法可提高胃管留置效果,减轻食管癌术后病人痛苦,减少并发症的发生,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of two kinds of fixed-tube methods in the patients received resection of esophageal cancer. Methods Totally 90 patients for esophageal cancer surgery with indwelling stomach tube were divided into experimental group（ear hanging fixed） of 45 cases and the control group（conventional fixed） of 45 cases.The tube prolapsion,skin irritation,the occurrence of anastomotic leakage were recorded. Results There were significant difference between two groups in the incidence of tube prolapsion,skin irritation,the occurrence of anastomotic leakage（P0.05）. Conclusions Ear hanging fixed tube method can improve the efficacy of indwelling stomach tube,alleviate patients＇ suffering advance nursing quality and reduce complicating diseases.
