关于定量分析免疫组织与细胞化学反应终产物图像的思考与商榷

摘　　要：本文对以测评抗原或抗体的量为目的,定量分析免疫组织与细胞化学反应终产物图像的整个过程,从三方面进行了比较全面的分析:(1)成像前的适合性评估,包括理论分析与准备、样品制备方法;(2)成像方式与过程控制,包括成像仪器的成像方式、成像仪器硬件数字化输出误差、成像仪器功能设置、图像的物理光学特性、细胞组织图像光度的线性检测、显微镜视场景深与成像缺陷的校正;(3)成像后的处理与分析,包括图像信息保真与图像存储格式、图像信息失真与图像处理、测量结果性质、测量结果表述、测量结果的误区与陷阱、测量结果间的比较。An analysis of the images for quantitative evaluation of content and mass of the final immuno- histochemical reaction products was carried out. It includes three aspects ： （ 1 ） Judgment evaluation of the fitness of images for quantitative analysis before capturing the images of the microscopic field. （2） Method and process control of the imaging for the final immunohistochemical reaction products in the microscopic field; （3） Analysis and dealing with the images and data after the images captured and results obtained.
