摘  要:目的:通过三维重建髋臼,对髋臼位相参数和形态参数进行定量研究,为设计符合国人特征的髋臼假体提供数据。方法:收集278例髋关节CT图像,利用自主设计软件对髋臼进行识别处理,拟合出髋臼骨形态,测量髋臼位相和形态参数。结果:髋臼前倾角(AVA)男性(14.76±5.86)°、女性(14.04±5.62)°,外展角(ABA)男性(43.27±4.52)°、女性(43.81±4.79)°,两组数据性别间比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。髋臼拟合半径(R)为(25.582±2.537)mm,拟合深度(H)为(21.960±2.584)mm,R值与H值有相关性(P〈0.001)。结论:髋臼前倾角和外展角测量值无性别差异,髋臼拟合半径(R)与拟合深度(H)之间有明显的相关性,对于国人髋关节假体的设计制造和术中放置有重要的指导意义。Objective:To perform a quantitative study on acetabulum phase parameters and morphologic features from CT three - dimensional reconstruction with software of CAD. Methods : Total 200 subjects (278 hips) were enrolled in this study, including 88 males and 112 females. Through the process of CT scanning and edge recording of the CT image, we made use of our software to reconstruct the acetabulum bones for the anteversion angle, inclination angle, the radius (R) and depth (H). Results: Gender differences of acetabulum anteversion angle (male: 14.76° ± 5.86°; female: 14.04°± 5.62°) and inclination angle (male: 43.27° ± 4.52°; female: 43.81°±4.79°) were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). The average R was (25. 582 ± 2. 537)mm and the average H was (21. 960 ± 2.584)mm. There was a linear relationship between the R and the H( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusions :CT three -dimensional reconstruction by using our software is convenient and precise means in the study. The similarity of orientation parameter of acetabulum between different gender in China and the significance linear relationship between the R and the H can be used in the design and manufacture of prosthesis and placement in total hip arthoplasty.
