TOT治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床分析（附39例报道）

摘　　要：目的：探讨经闭孔无张力尿道悬吊术（TOT）治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的安全性和有效性。方法：2007年10月至2010年10月采用TOT术治疗女性SUI患者39例，其中轻度10例（26％），中度20例（51％），重度9例（23％）。结果：手术时间（16±3）min，术中出血量（10±3）ml，术后平均住院时间3．5d；39例均临床治愈，无严重并发症。1例排尿姿势改变；2例尿潴留，予以尿道扩张2次后好转。术后随访3～36个月，无尿失禁复发。结论：TOT治疗女性SUI是一种安全、有效的术式，并且具有微创、操作简单、并发症少等优点。Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of tension -free obturator tape （TOT） for female stress urinary incontinence. Methods： The clinical data of 39 patients with proven SUI performed TOT procedure from Oct. 2007 to Oct. 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 10 cases were mild （26%）, 20 cases were moderate（51% ） and 9 cases were severe（23% ）. Results：The mean operative time was （16 ± 3） min, mean intra -operative blood loss was （10 ±3 ） ml, and the mean hospital stay was 3.5 d. The operation was successful in all the 39 cases, without serious complications. Urinary posture changed in only one case. Two patients generated postoperative urinary retention, symptom improved after dilating urethra two times. All patients were followed up for 3 to 36 months, there was no incontinence relapse. Conclusions：TOT procedure is an effective and safe surgery for treatment of female SUI with the advantage of mini - invasive, simple procedure and fewer complications.
