摘　　要：介绍一种抗干扰能力强、转换结果不受电路参数影响的Ａ／Ｄ转换电路，着重介绍并分析了该电路的软、硬件结构和工作原理。An A/D converter is introduced. The circuit offers high antiinterference and the conversion result is unaffected by the parameters of the circuit. The structures of hardware and software and the operational principle are described and analyzed.
