摘 要:在壳聚糖支架材料的制备过程中,乙醇是一种常用的溶剂。本文就乙醇溶液对壳聚糖支架材料的作用及性能的影响进行了较为深入的研究。原位沉析法制备的三维有序壳聚糖多孔支架经乙醇溶液处理后:由SEM观察可见,孔洞结构比未经乙醇处理的普通支架的孔洞结构更加饱满;压汞法测得普通的壳聚糖支架的孔径分布在60~200μm的范围内,平均孔径为143μm,经乙醇处理后壳聚糖支架的孔径分布在10~100μm的范围内,平均孔径为46μm;力学性能测试表明材料的抗压强度明显提高。对其原因进行了分析和讨论。X射线衍射测试表明:经过乙醇处理后,壳聚糖分子链在不良溶剂乙醇中发生了收缩,壳聚糖结晶中的晶胞尺寸变小,结晶结构的变化使壳聚糖支架的力学强度增加。Ethanol was often used as a solvent in the preparation of chitosan materials.On the basis of our previous work,the effects of ethanol on the morphology and mechanical properties of chitosan-based porous scaffolds were studied.Compared with untreated normal scaffolds,the ethanol treated porous chitosan scaffolds had fully developed three-dimensional ordered structure,and their pore size distribution was relatively uniform.Through the mercury porosimetry,it was suggested that the pore size of the untreated chitosan scaffold,on average,was 143μm,and changed within 60~200μm;while those of the ethanol treated chitosan scaffolds were 46μm and within 10~100μm,respectively.Their mechanical properties were also significantly improved by the ethanol treatment.XRD further revealed that the ethanol treatment led to the shortening of the chitosan chains in a poor solvent and to the shrinkage of the cell of chitosan crystal,all of which enhanced the mechanical property of the chitosan scaffolds.
