摘　　要：为提高我国密封材料的应用水平 ,合理利用矿产资源 ,设计制造了泄漏率测试装置 ,并在常温条件下对自制中碳柔性石墨与石棉橡胶板等常见密封垫片进行了泄漏率测试和比较 ,通过 SEM扫描 ,分析了不同材料泄漏机理。In order to utilize the resources reasonably and enhance the level of the application of sealed material in our country,we devise and fabricate the device to detect the leakage of gaskets.We test and compare the rate of leakage between mid-carbon flexible made by ourselves and asbestos gasket at room temperature,and also analyze the leaking mechanism of different sealed gaskets through SEM.
