小阴唇皮瓣法阴道成形术治疗阴道下段闭锁9例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小阴唇皮瓣法阴道成形术在治疗先天性阴道下段闭锁的临床效果。方法回顾分析我院1994年1月～2011年11月收治的9例先天性阴道下段闭锁患者采用小阴唇皮瓣阴道成形术治疗的临床资料。结果所有手术均获成功,所形成的阴道通畅,光滑湿润弹性好,所有病人月经正常,痛经缓解,性生活满意,有4例正常分娩。结论小阴唇皮瓣法阴道成形术方法简便,效果好,是治疗先天性阴道下段闭锁良好的方法,值得临床推广应用。Abstract： Objective To explore the clinic effects of colpoplasty by the nympha flap for the treatment of congenital atresia of inferior vagina. Method The clinical data was retrospectively studied of 9 patients with congenital atresia of vagina treated by nympha flap colpoplasty. Results The follow-up results showed all the operations were successful without colpostenosis. The reconstructed vaginas were moist, elastic and smooth. The menstruation cycle was normal. The couples had satisfactory sex life and 4 cases achieved normal pregnancy and delivery. Conclusion It is recommended of the nympha flap colpoplasty for congenital gynatresia of simple operation and good efficacy.
