摘 要:间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是来源于胚胎发育早期中胚层的具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的干细胞,存在于机体的骨髓、脾脏、脐带、羊水等不同组织中。近年来,人们对MSCs体外免疫特性方面的相关研究表明,MSCs具有较小的免疫原性,在免疫反应中可逃避免疫识别,主要通过细胞因子的分泌、直接接触和抑制T细胞对抗原的免疫反应等途径发挥作用。本文就MSCs的体外免疫学特性和应用前景作一综述。Abstract: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are derived from the embryonic early mesodermal stem cell with self-renewal and multiple differentiation potential, present in the body's bone marrow, spleen, umbilical cord and amniotic fluid, and other different organizations. In recent years, relevant research on immunity of MSCs in vitro showed that MSCs have lesser immunogenicity, can escape immunological recognition in immuno- reaction, can express their functions by the secretion of cell factor, the immediate contact, and the suppression of the T-cells immunoreaction to antigens. In this article, the immunology characteristics of MSCs in vitro and their application prospects were reviewed.
