政治关联与企业绩效关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：采用Meta分析的方法对国内外学术界有关政治关联与企业绩效关系的33篇文献进行了研究。结果表明,政治关联与企业绩效之间有着复杂的关系。一般而言,政治关联对于企业的价值有着积极的影响,而对财务绩效的影响不明显;但是在我国,政治关联对企业的价值和某些财务绩效指标都有显著正面影响,且这种影响高于总体水平。This paper makes a new study on 33 related papers on relation of political connection and enterprisers performance around the world with Meta-analysis method. The results show that between political connection and enterprisers performance there exists complicated relationship. Overall, political connection has a positive influence on value of enterprises, but not on financial perform ance. However, in China, political connection has significant positive influence on not only value of enterprise but also some indicators of financial performance does. And this influence is higher than the overall level.
