摘 要:SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞株在10μmol/L的视黄酸(又称维甲酸,Retinoic Acid,RA)处理后,增殖明显受到抑制。RA作用后的细胞~3H-TdR总参入量明显下降,而单个细胞的~3H-TdR参入率却变化不明显。流式细胞仪分析表明该细胞株G_0/G_1、S及G_2+M期的百分率分别为49.6%、16.7%、33.7%,而RA处理3天的细胞则相应地为59.1%、15.4%、25.5%。经RA处理3天后,细胞染色体的主流范围由对照细胞的48—56转变为44—50,其中二倍体细胞数由4%上升至15%。The proliferation of SMMC-7721 human hepatocarcinoma cell line was significantly inhibited by the treatment of 10 μmol/L retinoic acid (RA, all trans) . The total incorporation rate of 3H-TdR into cells was decreased markedly in the presence of RA, while the 3H-TdR incorpration rate per cell was only decreased slightly. Using flow cytometery, it was found that the percentage of G0/G1, S and G2 + M of the control cell were 49.6%, 16.7% and 33.7% respectively, and after 3 days of RA treatment, the percentage of G0/G1, S and G2 + M were 59.1%, 15.4% and 25.5% corespondingly. The major range of chromosome in the cell altered from 48-56 to 44-50, and the number of diploid was increased from 4% to 15% following 3 days RA treatment.
