摘 要:在树脂砂铸造生产中,手工操作的刷涂工艺,存在劳动强度大,生产效率低,涂层表面质量很难保证等缺点,而采用流涂工艺,可大大降低工人的劳动强度,改善劳动环境,能够满足树脂砂连续快速生产的要求,显著提高铸件尺寸精度和表面质量。本文介绍了流涂涂料的工艺性能,并结合本厂实际生产情况,介绍了在树脂砂铸造生产中流涂涂料性能指标控制情况,全面总结了流涂工艺在操作过程中常见的问题和解决措施。The high work intensity, the low production efficiency, the poor coating surface quality and some other problems existed in brush coating technology during traditional resin sand casting production. Flow coating technology can decrease the work intensity and improve the working environmental, moreover, meet the requirements of the resin sand casting continuous production. The casting size accuracy and surface quality were improved. The technology performance and index of flow coating mixture were introduced in the factory. The common problems and solution measures in flow coating process were summarized in this paper.
