摘　　要：对比了传统切削工艺与通用切削工艺在圆筒形木模制作中的优点和不足。介绍一种操作简便,快速成形筒子板斜度的工艺方法及筒子板斜面切削工装。这种工艺不仅能阻止方料的变形,而且使切削后筒子板厚度均匀,胶结钉接方便,节约木材。经生产验证,采用这种工艺制作圆筒体木模,不仅有效提高了生产效率,减轻了工人劳动强度,而且操作方便、安全。The advantages and disadvantages were compared between traditional cutting process and general cutting process in cylinder wooden pattern production. A simply-operated and rapidly-forming process and tools for lining and its bevel cutting were introduced. This process can not only prevent the material deformation, but also make the cutting lining thickness uniform. It is convenient for cementation, nailed joint and saving wood. The production indicates that the process not only improved production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers, but also the operation was convenient and sate.
