摘　　要：总结1例妊娠合并主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂患者的围手术期护理经验。主要护理干预为联合多学科对患者术前进行心理护理、心功能综合支持及监护,术中两种专科手术的护理衔接、配合,术后从病情观察、血流动力学监护、预防感染、心理护理和健康指导等方面进行护理干预。本例患者行剖宫产手术、主动脉窦瘤破裂修补术和室间隔缺损修补术,产下1名健康女婴,母婴顺利康复出院。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of a pregnant patient with aortic right coronary sinus aneurysm. The key points in nursing were preoperative psychological counseling,support and monitoring of cardiac function,intraoperative coordination,postoperative observation,hemodynamie monitoring,prevention of infections,psychological nursing and health education. The patient successfully underwent caesarean operation and repair of aortic right coronary sinus aneurysm,and delivered a healthy female baby. At last,the patient and the infant were cured and discharged.
