摘 要:目的探讨临床服务活动对护生沟通能力和专业认同感的影响。方法应用便利取样方法,选取在校本科三年级护生240名作为研究对象,再按随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组各120名。两组均在学校上文化课,试验组还参加每周1d的临床服务活动。观察5个月后,用护生临床沟通能力测评量表和护生专业认同测试量表进行测试。结果参加服务活动前,试验组与对照组在沟通能力和专业认同感的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);活动后,对照组的沟通能力和专业认同感与试验前的差异无统计学意义,而试验组在这两方面较对照组有所提高,且比本组试验前有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护生参加临床服务活动有助于提高其沟通能力和专业认同感。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical services on nursing students' communication skills and professional values. Methods Totally 240 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into an experiment group ( n=120 ) and a control group(n=120). The students in the experiment group took part in the clinical services one day each week for five months. After 5 months,the students were measured by a clinical communication skills questionnaire and Professional Values Scale. Result There were no significant differences in the communication skills and professional values between the two groups before intervention(P〉0.05). After participating in the activities,the students' communication skills and professional values were significantly improved in the experimental group(P〈0.05) and higher than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical services can improve nursing students' communication skills and professional values.
