摘　　要：目的观察耳穴磁珠贴压对十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)患者的影响。方法将57例DU门诊患者按照随机数字表法分组,试验组29例,行常规西医治疗护理及耳穴磁珠贴压治疗,对照组28例,行常规西医治疗护理。收集两组干预前后血清胃泌素(Gas)、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染、电子胃镜及消化性溃疡疾病量表(PUDQ)积分情况。结果治疗后试验组血清Gas降低效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp根除率、胃镜总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PUDQ积分高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其在溃疡疾病和心理状态两个方面(P<0.01),而社会功能方面两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴磁珠贴压可提高DU患者临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure in patients with duodenal ulcer （DU）. Methods Fifty-seven DU outpatients were randomized divided into two groups according to the random number table. The patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing care. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received auricular aucupressure. The level ＇of serum gastrin,helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection,results of electronic gastroscope and score of peptic ulcer disease questionnaire（PUDQ） were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the level of serum gastrin in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05） ;the rate of Hp eradication,effective rate of treatment rated by electronic gastroscope and PUDQ score,especially in the factor scores of ulcer disease and mental state in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the con- trol group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;there was no significant difference in the factor score of social function between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Auricular aeupressure can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life in DU patients.
