摘 要:发电侧备用成本日益增加,挖掘负荷侧备用的潜力受到关注。对于具有能量存储特性的负荷设备而言,工作周期的短时中断不会显著影响其效用,是适当的备用提供者。可以通过调整目标温度值来改变这类设备的功率需求,向系统提供备用容量。负荷性能受到气象条件的影响,为了准确反映气象条件的空间分布,提出了一种气象分区的方法,对电力系统所辖空间区域进行划分。将空调负荷作为备用提供者,从单台空调的物理模型出发,推导了负荷群聚合模型,在气象分区的基础上,建立了多区域空调负荷聚合模型。利用多元回归方法,评估由空调负荷所提供的备用容量。山东电网的仿真结果验证了气象分区方法的可行性和相关模型的有效性。It is of great interest to exploit the potential of responsive load as a reserve source in response to the increasing cost of generation-side reserve. Load devices of energy storage property are a proper option since a short-duration interruption of working cycles has limited negative effects on their utility. By regulating power consumption of these devices through changing their temperature settings, certain reserve capacity can be supplied. Meteorological conditions generally impact the performance of such load devices. A meteorological partition approach is proposed to depict accurately the spatial distribution of meteorological parameters, which decomposes the geographical area of a studied power system. The responsive load is exemplified by air conditioners for which multi-granularity models are constructed. Stemming from the physical model for a single air conditioner, an aggregation model is built for a group of air conditioners. On the basis of the meteorological partition, a multi-zone composite model is developed to cover various groups of air conditioners. By using the multiple regression method, reserve capacity available can be assessed. Simulation results of Shandong electric power grid verify the feasibility of the meteorological partition approach and effectiveness of related models.
