ICP-AES法测定Nb:SrTiO_3晶体及功能陶瓷材料中的铌含量

摘　　要：本文报导了用ICP-AES法直接测定掺铌钛酸锶晶体及功能陶瓷材料(Nb:SrTiO_3)中铌含量的分析方法。研究了试样的分解方法、铌分析线的选择、Nn:SrTiO_3基体的干扰及试液的稳定性。所选三条铌分析线的检出限分别为0.0042μg/mL、0.0015μg/mL、0.0013μg/mL。合成试样回收率为98.7％～100.9％。铌含量为0.1％1.0％时,测量的相对标准偏差<1.5％。方法简便、准确,用于样品分析,结果满意。A method for the direct determination of Nb in Nb:SrTiO3 crystal and functional scramic materials by TCP-AES has been reported. The dissolution method of the sample, the selection of Nb analytical line and the interference from SrTiO3 matrix to Nb spectral lines have been investigated. The detection limits of three amalytical lines arc 0. 0042μg/mL, 0. 0015μg/mL amd 0. 0013μg/mL respectively. The recoveries of synthetic samples are 98. 7%-100. 9%. The relative standard deviations are less then 1. 5% for Nb content 0. 1 %~ 1. 0%. This method is simple,rapid and acurate and has been applied to sample analysis with satisfactory results.
