摘 要:本文介绍了一种新型的由微机控制及显示的超声应力仪的工作原理 ,该仪器可同时测定 2 4根螺栓应力 ;文章提出了声时差法测预紧应力 ,并推导了声时差同轴向应力以及三阶弹性常数的关系。采用声时差法多探头同时测量同一法兰上的各螺栓的预紧应力 ,可以克服偶合误差 ,可免测三阶弹性常数及温度等 ,使测量过程简便且精度高。程序在 Windows95下设计 ,操作简便 ,应力能以多种图形方式显示。实验结果表明应力低于 2 50 MPa、夹紧距离大于 2 0 mm时 ,应力超声测量的绝对误差小于±In this paper an new instrument based computer is introduced, which can be used to measure stress of 24 bolts by ultrasonic at a time. It presents a method for measuring the prestress force of bolts by the transit time difference of longitudinalwaves and deduces the relationship among ultrasonic transit time difference, axial stress and elastic constants. Multiple channels are used in testing the stress of all the bolts on flange and the stress of each bolt is simultancously displayed, so that every bolt could be easily adjusted to get an identical and proper stress. The errors due to coupling of the transducers can be avoided and elastic constants and temperature can be leave out of account by the method testing stress of bolt. This method simplifies the procedure testing stress and the precision of stress could be advanced. The software is be designed in windows95 and the operation is simple. The stress of bolt can be displayed in various graphics. Experimental results show that the error of stress is less then ±4Mpa when clamping distance is more than 20mm and stress is less then 250Mpa.
