选煤厂煤尘污染源设备的防尘改进

摘　　要：对选煤厂的煤尘污染的主要源设备-给料机及落料管进行了研究。通过分析煤尘污染的产尘机理和逸散规律,得出给料机的煤尘污染主要由于给料诱导风流正压和设备自身密封不严造成的;落料管煤尘污染主要由于高压诱导风流起尘以及表面裸露的皮带机机尾甩尘引起的。针对这2种设备设计了不同的除尘方案。The lead to dust contaminated equipment in the coal preparation plant is the feed tube and the feeder. Through the analysis of coal dust pollution mechanism and law, come to the feeder dust pollution is mainly due to induced air flow positive and the poor airproof. The blanking dust pollution is caused mainly due to high pressure induced by the airflow from the dust and surface-exposed belt conveyor machine thrown dust tail, for both devices, the design of the different dust program.
