摘　　要：智能卡是在微电子、计算机和信息安全的基础上进行技术综合而开发出来的高科技产品,它的流行不仅丰富了人们的生活而且提高了工作的现代化水平。文章对智能卡进行了介绍分析,并以智能卡中手机SIM卡为例,介绍了它的结构及所采用的协议,并设计了基于用户识别模块的增值业务开发平台,极大满足了SIM卡的速度需要。The smart card is in the micro electron, the computer and in the information security foundation carries on the high teeh product which the technical synthesis develops, not only it popular enriched people＇s life moreover to raise the modernized level which we worked.This article has carried on the introduction analysis to the smart card, and take the smart card in the handset S1M card as the example, introduced its structure and uses the agreement, and designed has developed the platform based on the subscriber identification module increment service, maximum satisfaction SIM card speed need.
