摘　　要：介绍了敏捷方法对开发过程中变动的应对策略、敏捷方法的原则、敏捷方法的实践特征;重点阐述了重构技术,包括重构的概念、何时重构、重构的信号与对应的重构方法、通过重构可以达到的目标、重构应该注意的问题。能有效地帮助读者如何在实际的软件开发中恰当地使用敏捷方法,并适时进行重构,从而实现高效的软件开发。Describes the agile methods in the development of changes in coping strategies, agile method principle, agile method practice characteristics. Expounds the refactoring technique, including the refactoring of the concept, when refactoring ,refactoring of the signal and the corresponding refactoring method, by means of refactoring can be achieved, reframe the problem that should note. Can effectively help the reader how the actual software development appropriate to use agile methods, and timely refactor, in order to achieve efficient software development.
