摘　　要：21世纪以来,计算机网络技术和电子商务在高速发展的过程中,不断被应用到各种生产企业,煤矿企业的扩大发展必定离不开先进计算机网络技术,很多煤矿企业已经将计算机Web技术很好地应用到了煤矿企业的安全管理信息系统当中。文章对煤矿企业的安全管理信息系统进行了1个系统功能的分析,描述了其详细的设计过程,介绍了基于Web的煤矿企业安全管理系统的实现过程及要点。The 21 century, the computer network speed the process of development, and constantly the expansion of coal mining enterprises must be technology and electronic commerce in high being applied to various production enterprise, calculated from advanced development network technology, and a lot of coal mining enterprises have computer Web technology will very good application in coal mine enterprises＂ safe management information system of.
