小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法对我院2008年6月至2010年6月收治的60例肛裂患者采用小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果治愈57例,好转2例,未愈1例,治愈率为95%,无外科需要处理的并发症。结论小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂具有安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of lateral internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods 60 cases of anal fissure patients were ob- served in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010. All of them were implemented lateral internal sphinc- terotomy using small needle scalpel. Results Cure occurred in 57 cases, improvement in 2 cases and failure in 1 case. The heal rate of anal fissure was 95%. There is no complication which is need surgical treat- ment. Conclusion The lateral internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel has lots of advantages, such as safety, effectiveness, less invasive, quick recovery and low incidence of complications.
