摘　　要：农业劳动生产率的提高是中国特色农业现代化的重要特征。本文构建了农业劳动生产率影响因素的理论框架,并利用新疆生产建设兵团的经验验证了影响农业劳动生产率的主要因素。研究结果表明,人均土地规模、土地生产率和制度安排是影响农业劳动生产率的主要因素,推进规模化经营、提高农业技术水平和组织化程度是提升农业劳动生产率的主要路径。The improvement of agricultural productivity is an important feature of Chinese characteristic modernization.In This paper,it structure an agricultural labor productivity analysis framework,and made an empirical analysis which based on the situation of Corps in Xinjiang,thus draws a conclusion that the influence factors of agricultural labor productivity is the land productivity per capita、the scale and the system arrangement.This study reveals that the main path to improve agricultural productivity is to enhance its scale advantage and to improve the agricultural technology and the degree of organization.
