涤纶FDY油剂TK-1258的性能及应用

摘　　要：分析了国产涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)油剂TK-1258的热稳定性、摩擦性能、抗静电性能、黏度、乳液稳定性等性能,并与进口油剂进行了比较。结果表明:TK-1258油剂具有良好的发烟性、适宜的摩擦特性、优异的抗静电性和较好的运动黏度,比电阻为(1～5)GΩ·cm,乳液透射率为94%;TK-1258油剂经使用,纺丝过程中发烟小、成型好、结焦少,成品满筒率97%,M率可达99%,能满足FDY纺丝和后加工的要求。The performance of China-made PET FDY finish oil TK-1258 was analyzed and compared with imported ones,including thermal stability,friction property,antistatic behavior,viscosity and emulsion stability.The results showed that finish oil TK-1258 had fairly good smoking property,moderate friction characteristics,excellent antistatic behavior,fairly good kinematic viscosity,specific resistance（1-5） GΩ·cm,and emulsion transmittance 94%;finish oil TK-1258 had the features of low smoke generation,good fiber formation and less coking and provided the full-package rate up to 97% and M rate 99%,satisfying the FDY spinning and after-processing requirements.
