缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣及空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折16例分析  

Analysis of 16 cases of Femoral Neck Fracture by Transferring of M.Sartorius Bone Flap and Internal Fixation of Hollow Compression Screws

摘　　要：目的:总结采用空心加压螺钉内固定加缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾分析我院2007年1月～2011年10月间行缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣移植加空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗的16例股骨颈骨折。结果:15例骨性愈合,1例骨不连并股骨头坏死。按Harris评分标准:优3例,良7例,中5例,差1例。结论:缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣及空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折操作简单、易于掌握、手术时间短、内固定可靠,适合基层医院推广。Objective： To summary the clinical effect of femoral neck fracture by transferring of the M. Sartorius bone flap and internal fixation of hollow compression screws. Methods：Retrospective analysis 16 cases of femoral neck fracture by transferring of the M. Sartorius bone flap and internal fixation of hollow compression screws in our hospital from January 2007to October 2011. Results： 15 cases was bone healing,1 case was nonunion and avascular necrosis of the femoral head. According to the Harris standard： excellent 3 cases, good 7 cases, medium 5 cases, and poor 1 case. Conclusion：The operation of hollow compression screw fixation and the M. Sartorius bone flap transferring for femoral neck fractures should be simple, easy to master, short operative time, reliable fixation, suitable for primary hospital promotion.
