摘　　要：中医脾脏学说是一个功能、形态、结构的综合性概念,脾的生理、病理与膜结构、功能之间存在着密切的联系。文章针对脾虚证的模型研究进行分析,并深入探讨脾虚证病理状态下的生物学机制,从而建立一些与脾胃相关的学说,在不同水平上研究脾虚证的本质,从而为脾虚证研究开辟一条新途径。The TCM spleen doctrine is a comprehensive concept of form.There is a close contact in the structure,physiology,pathology,functions and membrane structure of the spleen.This study analyzed the model of spleen deficiency syndrome,and explored the biological mechanisms of the pathological state of spleen deficiency syndrome,which established the stomach doctrine at different levels to study the essence of the spleen deficiency syndrome.Thus this study will open up a new avenue for the research of spleen deficiency syndrome.
