初探夏桂成教授治疗卵巢储备功能低下性不孕症临证经验

摘　　要：卵巢储备功能反映了女性的生育潜能及生殖内分泌功能,是生殖内分泌学目前研究的热点。总结夏桂成教授诊治卵巢储备功能低下性不孕症患者的临证经验,病机为肾虚偏阴,癸水不足,心肝郁火,治疗以补肾宁心调周结合滋阴降火、宁心安神之大法,兼以清肝解郁、健脾助阳等,在此类患者的诊治中取得了较好的临床疗效。Ovarian reserve function,which reflects the female＇s reproductive potential and reproductive endocrine function,is the focus of current research in reproductive endocrinology.This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor XIA Gui-cheng in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with ovarian reserve dysfunction.Professor XIA points out the disease is marked by kidney-yin deficiency,Guishui shortage and stagnanted fire in heart and liver,and the therapeutic methods are as follows： nourishing the kidney,calming the heart,regulating the menstrual cycle,nourishing yin and purging fire,clearing away heart fire and tranquilizing the mind,soothing the liver to relieve depression,strengthening the spleen and supporting yang.This treatment plan has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.
