寒痰阻肺证与脾肺气虚证疲劳特征及其异同点

摘　　要：目的:探讨寒痰阻肺证与脾肺气虚证的疲劳特征及其异同点。方法:运用疲劳自评量表(FSAS),评定寒痰阻肺证和脾肺气虚证患者的疲劳状况。结果 :通过统计学分析,两组患者年龄上无统计学差异(P>0.05),疲劳类型及特征的比较上躯体疲劳、精神疲劳、疲劳后果、疲劳程度总分、疲劳对睡眠休息的反应、疲劳情境性条目下有差异性(P<0.05);疲劳类型及特征程度的比较上,躯体疲劳程度、疲劳后果程度、总体疲劳程度、疲劳对睡眠休息的反应程度、疲劳情境性程度条目下有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:寒痰阻肺证及脾肺气虚证患者均存在着不同程度的疲劳症状。脾肺气虚证的疲劳症状总体重于寒痰阻肺证。在临证时要根据患者不同的病因病机给予患者相对应的治疗,干预患者的疲劳症状。Objective：Discuss the fatigue features and differences between phlegm-damp obstructing lung syndrome and spleen-lung qi deficiency syndrome.Methods：Assess the fatigue condition of phlegm-damp obstructing lung syndrome and spleen-lung qi deficiency syndrome,using the Fatigue Self-assessment Scale（FSAS）.Results：By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the age of two groups（P0.05）.Comparing with the style and level of fatigue,there were significant differences（P0.05）in the features,among body fatigue,spirit fatigue,the result of fatigue,the total score of fatigue,the reaction of sleeping and rest in fatigue and the environment of fatigue.Comparing with the style degree and level degree of fatigue,there were significant differences（P0.05）in the features,among body fatigue degree,the result of fatigue degree,the total score of fatigue degree,the reaction of sleeping and rest in fatigue degree and the environment of fatigue degree.Conclusion：Both phlegm-damp obstructing lung syndrome and spleen-lung qi deficiency syndrome have fatigue symptoms.The fatigue symptoms in spleen-lung qi deficiency syndrome are more server than those in phlegm-damp obstructing the lung syndrome.Treatments are based on the different cause of disease and mechanism of disease,alleviating fatigue condition.
