搜风通络方对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者TNF-α及hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过肿瘤细胞因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)来探讨搜风通络方治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)的作用机理。方法:60例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者采用随机双盲对照法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用搜风通络方治疗,疗程16周,分别于治疗前后监测24h动态血压(ABPM),检测TNF-α、hs-CRP。结果 :搜风通络方能显著降低老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血压,改善动态动脉硬化指数(AASI),降低TNF-α、hs-CRP水平(P<0.05)。结论:搜风通络方通过降低TNF-α、hs-CRP水平来改善动脉硬化程度,降低血压。Objective：Through changes of TNF-α and hs-CRP levels to discuss mechanism of Soufeng Tongluo Decoction in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）.Methods：60 cases of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in control group received AmLodipine besylate tablets.30 patients in treatment group were treated by Soufeng Tongluo Prescription on the basis.The period of treatment was 16 weeks.Before and after treatment,24h（ABPM）of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP were detected.Results：Soufeng Tongluo Prescription can significantly reduce blood pressure in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension,improve the ambulatory arterial stiffness index（AAS-I）and reduce levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP（P0.05）.Conclusion：Soufeng Tongluo Prescription can improve the extent of aeriosclerosis and lower blood pressure by lowering the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP.
