护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎病人遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎病人遵医行为的影响。方法:选择200例病人随机分成两组(对照组和护理组),对照组给予一般常规治疗护理;护理组除常规治疗护理外再从治疗作用讲解,情志护理、饮食调理、生活关怀和指导、乙肝知识的宣教五方面展开护理干预。结果 :接受护理干预后患者的遵医行为提高,症状减轻明显,康复的疗效增加。结论:护理干预可以有效地提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的遵医行为和治疗效果。Objective：Nursing intervention on compliance behavior of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method：Select 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups（control group and care group）,the control group was given conventional treatment and care in general;care from a therapeutic effect to explain the group in addition to the conventional treatment care,emotional care,diet conditioning,life care and guidance,hepatitis Bknowledge missionary five aspects of nursing intervention.Results：Patient compliance behavior improved care intervention to alleviate the symptoms significantly increased the efficacy of rehabilitation.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with chronic hepatitis B and the therapeutic effect.
