摘 要:针对全厂蒸汽系统富余50~70 t/h低压蒸汽的状况,提出了采用低压蒸汽螺杆发电机组回收余热的技改方案;介绍了蒸汽余热发电系统的工艺流程和系统配置;简述了螺杆膨胀发电机组的工作原理和技术特点。技改效果表明,采用螺杆膨胀机组的发电效益约为1000万元/a,机组全套设备的投入约为1680万元,不到2年即可收回设备投资。In allusion to the situation with a surplus low pressure steam of 50 -70 t/h in the steam system of whole plant, author has presented the technical reformation scheme using low pressure steam screw generator set to recover waste heat; has introduced the process flow and system configuration for the electricity generation system with the waste heat steam; has briefly described the working principle and the technical features for the screw expansionpower generation set. Technical reformation effect indicates that the benefit of power generation using screw expansion set is about 10 × 10^6 Yuan/a, the investment of the complete set of equipment is about 16.8 ×10^6 Yuan, the equipment investment can be recovered within less than 2 years.
