整体提升在门架屋面钢结构施工中的应用

摘　　要：在和平里车站住宅小区7#楼及配套商业工程门架屋面钢结构工程中,整体提升技术的成功应用,避免了搭设75m高脚手架高空安装钢结构及装饰板的难题。通过钢结构地面拼装时钢梁起拱,拼装完成后先将结构卸载再安装装饰板的方法避免了提升后装饰板变形带来的平整度的问题。为类似结构施工技术的发展与进步起到了推动作用。The station in Hepingli seven residential community building and business engineering portal frame steel structure roofing project,integral hoisting technology and the successful application, avoid the erection of scaffold in high altitude 75m high installation of steel structure and decorative plate problem.Through the steel structure surface when assembled steel arch,after assembling has structure unloading after installation of decorative plate method to avoid lifting decorative plate deformation has the flatness problem.For the similar construction development and progress to rise to urge action.This paper has played a catalytic role for similar structure construction development and progress.
