摘　　要：根据实际生产经验,主要从电泳槽体污染、电泳烘房循环风的污染、电泳槽液内的气泡过多等方面分析了电泳缩孔产生原因与相应防治措施。The causes of electrophoresis shrinkage and prevention measures were analyzed according to the actual production experience, mainly from the electrophoresis tank pollution, electrophoresis drying room circulating air pollution, the bubble inside the electrophoresis tank.
