摘　　要：本文中的住房分配包括市场对住房的分配和政府对住房的再分配。住房分配是衔接住房供给和住房需求的重要环节,好的住房分配政策能够实现效率与公平的平衡。发达国家的住房分配经历了漫长的发展过程,根据其历史地理和社会经济条件,采用了不同的政策,取得了不同的结果,In this article housing distribution includes market distribution and government redistribution. Housing distribution is an important step that bridging the housing supply and demand. A good policy for housing distribution must be efficiency-oriented and fair balanced. Housing distribution in developed countries and regions has experienced a long developing process. According to the historical and geological, social and economic conditions, to adopt a different policy could result in achieving a different outcome. To some extent it is valuable to our country for the policy-making reference of housing distribution.
